KILLER MOVE by Michael Marshall

John Hunter has been released from prison after serving time for a murder he did not commit. He is intent on revenge.

Bill Moore has a nice life. He has a nice house, a good job as a Realtor, a wife he loves, and plans to become more successful.
One day he receives a card at work that just says MODIFIED. He thinks nothing of it. But then small things start to happen. A reservation he thought he forgot to make for his wedding anniversary has been made. He receives a book from Amazon of soft porn that he never ordered. An off color joke is sent out to his email address book, an email he never sent. Then things get more serious. His wife finds pictures on his computer of half-naked photos of a co-worker taken through her window, photos Bill knows he didn't take. He can't figure out how his computer has been hacked, how he was set up to not have an alibi for when the pictures were taken. Then his wife goes missing and a client Bill met once is missing also and he is a suspect. Things start going downhill fast and Bill tries to find out who is messing with his life.

I loved this book! I started it at bedtime and quickly put it down after a couple chapters or I knew I would be up for the rest of the night reading. It is a great psychological suspense because you don't know if Bill is a victim or getting payback for something he did. No one is who they seem to be. More characters keep popping up, adding more and more complexity to the story.
This was very well written with a plot that kept me on my toes and unable to guess the ending. I was reluctant whenever I had to put this book down. I highly recommend this novel and I will be looking to read the author's previous works.

my rating 5/5

I received this book from the Amazon Vine Program. It will be released on June 28th

This does sound good. I have been looking for a new suspense author to try. Thanks for the review.
